History

Founded on the legacy of Henry Luhrs, the Luhrs Corporation built sport-fishing boats known for offering value at lower-than-average price points for their length. As the flagship of the Luhrs Marine Group (which also included Silverton, Mainship, Ovation, and Hunter), Luhrs ceased production in January 2012 and the parent filed Chapter 11 in April 2012; the brand was later acquired by MB Marine Industries.
